Did you know that female koalas have two vaginas? Truth! They also have two cervices and two uteri. Male koalas only have one penis, but it forks near the end into two heads.

When a female koala gives birth, her two vagina merge into a single birth canal. Because of her distinct uteri, koalas may be experience two separate pregnancies at once. Fortunately, nursing koalas can also produce two distinct types of milk, suitable for suckling babies at different stages of development.
