Minnesota's Triple Threat!

Question: What happens when my favourite style blogger teams up with a Minneaplolis sex educator and a mind/body lifestyle expert?

Answer: The overwhelming excellence that is Strong Sexy & Stylish!

Strong, Sexy and Stylish provide resources and information that help support women in their quest for healthier self-esteem.  The Triple-S team break it down like this:

Wellness Coach Karen Kraus, Sex Educator Laura Rad, and Style and Body Image Writer Sally McGraw believe that every woman can get stronger, feel sexier, and discover her style … though perhaps not in the ways that women’s magazines would suggest. This collective of experts is working toward a shared goal: To teach women to love themselves. We believe that dedicating time and energy to explorations of health, sexuality, and fashion can contribute to an overall sense of well-being.

The women of Strong, Sexy & Stylish have a blog, a Twitter feed, a Facebook page and a podcast (which I may have listened to three times). The also offer classes – check them out if you’re in the St. Paul, MN area.

And did I mention that the founding sponsor of this fabulousity is Smitten Kitten, the best little sex shop in the Mini-Apple?

While I figure out a way to move Ottawa closer to the Twin Cities, you go have a look at Strong, Sexy & Stylish! You’ll be glad you did.

How funny – I *just* this minute finished listening to the second podcast. I loved it even more that the first, so thank YOU.

I am a HUGE fan of your work at Already Pretty, so I must tell you – at the risk of sounding like a lunatic – that seeing your name in my comment stream illicited quite the fangirl squeal!
